This doesn't have any extra features like moveable feet to level it, a light, or any indicator to show that it has power. But I've had it for 3 months and it is freezing things well!

I bought this freezer about a month ago. It holds all my deer meat (3 deer). Also ice cream with no problem. The baskets work good for the vegetables and fruit from my garden.

I bought these two freezers for the meat that I purchased for our food ministry which is Nocona Ministries, home of A Hand Up.. We had an opportunity to purchase extra meat at a great price from our local food bank in Wichita Falls, Tx. and needed the extra space. They work perfectly.

I've had 2 small chest freezers full and constantly digging through them to find what I want or forgetting I had something because it became buried. My new chest freezer allows me to be far better organized and should be an electric saver. The features are straightforward and easy to use.

We like the fact that the freezer has a lot of open space. The depth and the width of the baskets is great. One thing that would be helpful just to have a light of some sort on the outside to know that the freezer is running. It is so quiet can't hear the motor running.

This Amana chest freezer is great. The baskets are great for those little items that would always get buried on the bottom of the freezer. It also keeps them all together. This freezer is a great investment for the money.

I was baking Christmas goodies and realized I did not have enough freezer space to store them! I immediately ordered this Amana freezer and it arrived in a couple of days and I started filling it! It is the perfect size-not too big and not too small. The two baskets hold breads and baked goods and I also ordered the ice tray to store cubed ice. I am so happy with this appliance and we are eating well too!

Bought and installed Nov 1, 2017. Two days later placed about 350 lbs of frozen beef in it. It had no problem adjusting the temperature to accommodate, unlike a different brand we bought a few years back. So far, so good with this brand.

Not what I saw on computer screen at store. The freezer (on computer screen) had a freezer alarm, on light, interior light, and lock. Not on the freezer I received. All these are options. Perhaps this is the fault of the salesman but it looks like a cheap product. Really! no "on" light. Also the guts (motor and tubes are hanging out by about two inches. No screen cover over motor and parts??? Is this even safe? Plastic baskets inside..I wonder how long these will last. Plastic becomes very brittle when frozen. Feet? What feet..two are round bumps and the other two feet are L shaped corners. these are made to slide on carpets and I'll have to adapt something for the feet to slide on concrete (for cleaning). I wonder how cheap this is. Proud to advertise "Amana" and "made in usa" I thought, this is good...mmm...thought wrong :( On the good side. I am guessing it will consume less energy

We are very lucky that our old 47 years old freezer quit and we discovered it instantly! You just ignore their age and depend on them. Called my favorite appliance place and they delivered this freezer immediately! It is so quiet and very attractive. Now I am looking at our 42 year old 22 cu ft freezer which we will be replacing it with a new Freezer. Your product is great! Peace of mind!

My New Amana Freezer

Bought my new Amana freezer in August after our freezer had been hit by lightning storm and Hocker's in Arlington brought it right out and we have been very pleased with it! Only complaint I have is there is no interior light. We had already purchased a larger chest type freezer last summer from Hocker's after our old one went out after 40 years of service! About 3 weeks ago we purchased an Amana clothes dryer from them and have been very pleased with all 3 of our purchases.

My old freezer was my 4th freezer in 35 years. Now I'm on #5 and so far it far exceeds the performance of the previous freezer. The door is much stronger than any freezer I've had and it will not cave in if you sit something that may be a bit heavy on it, like a crock pot. The size from the outside is deceiving as far as space. It has a tremendous load space area.

The freezer is doing a very nice job for us and is well designed. Had a little issue with it in the beginning as a spacer had to be repositioned down by the motor due a vibration that was rather loud. The service men form Canham's were out to fix the problem immediately and it hasn't bothered since. Like the way the top of the freezer is coated with a vinyl coating. Seems to running very quietly now and is an efficient cooling unti.

This Amana was part of the Greensaver programme run by the Ontario Hydro. It seems to be a good freezer, as it keeps the contents very frozen. However, I find that the freezer is cold to the touch and I question the insulation of the product. My old freezer was not cold to the touch. Plus no light.

The freezer has served me very well and I would recommend it to other people. However, I would like it a lot more if it had an additional 2 baskets that were about twice as deep. That would make the freezer more versatile since chest freezers have an issue in not being able to find things.

We love this freezer. Trays on top make it easy for everyday items. We also brought some cheap bins at the dollar store so we can separate the different meats, veggies, pizza, etc...Lots of room. We brought a pig this year and the freezer isn't even half full. Lots of room yet for venison, ducks, fish, etc...

I had a hard time finding a "replacement" (based on size) for the chest freezer I had owned for 18 years.....either too small or too big. This is perfect and is exactly the size, cubic feet and dimensions that I wanted. This one has 2 baskets vs. only one in my previous freezer which is great!

I bought this freezer to replace an upright that went out. This unit is quiet and huge! I immediately put a side of beef in the freezer and was astounded at how much room I had left for other food. I fought with my old freezer to get it leveled, this freezer has large feet which makes it easier to level. I also love the baskets and grooves for quick retrieve storage. Very happy with this whole unit.
