French doors do not close unless you push them closed. Top wire tray in Freezer only comes forward if you pull the rack out by hand. After getting water from the door the refill dispenser is extremely noisy when it refills, you can hear it 2 rooms away. Cooling & Freezing seems to be good so far. If the fridge is running & you open any door it quits running & restarts when you close the door. Lights & electronics are great on the door & inside.

Purchased only 2 weeks ago. Can't attest to longevity, but I love the look. I am sorry this exterior wasn't also available with the interior of the other models. I would have preferred the slimmer icemaker in the door, leaving much more interior space. The lower freezer drawer compartment is quite roomy. Door compartments are really small. Only two are of adequate size for most jars and condiments, the others are awkwardly small. I LOVE the refrigerator drawer for snack items. I love how the chrome handles play off the ice white. My country white kitchen needed this look, not the full modern chrome style. It is adorable.

If you have more fresh food and leftovers than frozen then this is for you! We had Side-by-Side same cu.ft. and there's a bit more space in the cool zones and a bit less in the freezer. None the less, I find the drawer system easier to use than the side by side. And we don't loos all the freezer air when we open the drawer!

I wrote a review soon after I got my new frig. Now that I've had a chance to really have a feeling for it, I'll write again. I still like this model, especially the middle drawer. That's my favorite. I finally figured out how to use the display screen and have no problem finding the light at night. I misspoke about it in the last review. You simply have to touch the entire screen which then lights up and you can then choose to keep the light on. I would still rather have the entire outside be textured; I already have a bit of a scratch showing on the smooth surface. I'm enjoying the freezer at the bottom of the unit, but have to finagle things a bit so they fit below the freezer's moveable drawer. Not 100% pleased with the ice maker delivery. I never use the 'crushed ice' feature and yet the when asking for cubes, they seem to come out messily and some crushiness comes out as well as the cubes. I'm always having to wipe up afterwards. Wish there was someway to lessen the noise when ice cubes are being made, but not a major issue. All in all I am happy with the model; it's attractive and most features are great.

I wasn't aware that the icemaker took up so much refrigerator space. That is a drawback. Also after I finish getting the ice I need, when I open the refrigerator door there is an avalanche of ice falling inside. Something is wrong with the placement of the orifice or placement of the icemaker itself. Doesn't seem to be closing after I remove the container from the control pad and dumping the ice in the chute into the container. Instead, the ice stops coming into the container, but dumps into the refrigerator when I open the door.

Love new Whirlpool Refrigerator

Although my old refrigerator was still working, it was about 40+ years old with a smaller freezer. The new refrigerator has a massive freezer at the bottom which I love. It also has a pull out drawer as part of the refrigerator and I keep different drinks in it for the great grandkids when they drop in, which is several times a week. I'm slowly learning and mastering the door keypad for cold water and ice however the ice maker has still not been mastered. I keeping reading the instructions to identify what I'm not catching on to but I have no doubt, I will master it and will enjoy of comfort of constant ice. Would recommend this refrigerator to everyone. By the way the refrigerator part has french doors which gives a very wide expanse to see everything. The freezer is a roll-out drawer with a top wire basket for smaller freezer items.

Just what I was expecting!

I knew when I saw this French door, external refrigerated drawer, 25 cu. ft. unit it was just what our 2 person household needed.We are extremely satisfied with it. Many new features on this one that our 13 yr. old refrigerator we replaced did not have. The French doors , bottom freezer work much better than side by side. The external "cooling" drawer is just a stroke of genius.The only improvement might be for the door handles, especially on the freezer drawer be more sturdy. Because you generally are not pulling it from a direct level I think more pressure is put on it.Just a satisfied customer.

We bought our refrigerator about 6 weeks ago and we just love it!Hands down, it is the best refrigerator we have owned. We don't have to bend down to get to the items in the side door and it has a wonderful drawer, waist high, that we use for produce.Thank you Whirlpool!

Wonderful flexibility

I could not be happier with this refrigerator. I bough the 'ice white' with stainless handles. It brightens the kitchen. I use tHe drawer for vegetables. It is easy to see what you have. The shelves are easily rearranged

The four door fridge is such a GREAT appliance in our kitchen. The extra (3rd) door is so neat for veggies.The bottom freezer provides way better storage for larger items too. So glad we chose the Whirlpool 4 door fridge. SOOOOO HAPPY !!!!!!!!

Love the "White Ice' Edition

Purchased the 3 door French model to replace my current 11 year old Whirlpool side by side...... Even though a cubic foot smaller then our previous, there is more storage. It truly enhances the beauty of our kitchen............
